The project
"Drie Linden Business Park" consists of 4 buildings between 2600m²
& 5668m² each with a unique layout, the ground floors are entirely intended for
SME use and will be accessible for vans and small trucks. The higher floors are
intended for mixed use, such as offices.
Thanks to the logical, rational and purified structure of the building, an extremely modular and flexible
building will be created. Moreover, by combining the rational skeleton
structure with the intelligent floor/ceiling packages, highly transparent
building layers are created. All story-high facades will be made entirely of
glass. Pleasant to experience and to use.
The project will be surrounded by a lot of landscaped greenery, especially
green park layouts and space for water elements. This way, an attractive and
pleasant environment will be developed where work and recreational co-use will
be made possible and pleasant.

The "Drie Linden Business Park" project is located in the North-East periphery, in the municipality of Zaventem.
Its favorable central location on the Brussels Ring Road, with the centre of Brussels on one hand and Brussels Airport on the other, provides unique accessibility. The Drie Linden Park is easily accessible internationally, nationally and regionally and the exit Zaventem-Henneaulaan on the RO is 400m away.
The "Drie Linden Business Park" is easily accessible by bus. The bus stops Zaventem Henneau/Excelsior are only 300m walking distance, with connections every 15min in the direction of both Zaventem and Brussels.
Plans are in the making to construct the airport tram and the nearest stop will be 10 minutes’ walk away, the tram will connect Brussels airport with Brussels North on the one hand and provide a smooth connection to the other Brussels train stations on the other hand. With stops at Vilvoorde station and Brussels North, this tram line also means good news for the many travelers and employees of the business zones along the route.
