The StartUp Village Project will include three buildings of 3466m² each on the Collines de Wavre.

The three buildings will have a very atypical structure with a wooden frame and a terrace on each floor.

They have chosen to build with an innovative and sustainable system with renewable wood elements labelled FSC and PEFC and representing the most environmental friendly building material by excellence with a positive carbon footprint. Thanks to this laminated structure, CLT has excellent qualities in terms of fire protection, thermal performance, mechanical resistance and acoustic transmission is very limited.

Located in the commune of Wavre in the south-eastern periphery, the StartUp Village project is very easily accessible and is situated in a dynamic and privileged region.

You can take the bus which is about ten minutes away by foot but you can also go to the station of Wavre which is 13 min by bus from the offices which facilitates the access for the tenants.
