The Meeûs-Luxembourg project comprises two distinct but integrated entities.
The first building "Meeûs", situated Square de Meeûs, with listed façades, was designed by Architect Eggerickx. It totals some 9.160 m² of offices, spread over 15 floor levels and will be entirely renovated to comply with the latest standards of comfort in modern offices.
The second building "Luxembourg", with its entrance Rue du Luxembourg, is a new 7.360 m² building designed by the Atelier d'Art Urbain Architect Bureau. It comprises a ground-floor and 7 upper floors; the ground-floor being alloted for retail use at the front.
The two entities are technically entirely autonomous but can form a whole with communicating floors at each level. The architects have also selected the same extremely meticulous, high quality perfecting techniques for the two entities.
Located in the heart of the Léopold District (Central Business District), the project benefits from the tranquility and attractiveness of the Square de Meeûs and from the liveliness of the nearby Place du Luxembourg.
