The 2nd phase of the West Gate project has been launched! The demolition work is in full swing, on to a new future for this prime location at the intersection of the R0 and E40 motorways.
Precisely because of this unique location, the Westgate business campus focuses on multifunctionality (warehouse, showroom, offices, co-working space, etc.) and efficiency. The redevelopment of the site consists of a partial transformation of the former solid printing halls of VUM-Corelio (Mediahuis), and new commercial buildings, with surface areas ranging from 1,000 m² to more, and each to be customised (shell/finished) in consultation with your client.
The start of the redevelopment is planned for Q3-Q4 2021.
