Schuman 11 is a recently renovated building dating from 2004. It totals +/- 4550 m² on 0 + 9 floors. This is arranged and based on the duplex concept, so a mezzanine communication staircase facilitates Internet traffic and floods the building with light. The building opens onto the outside thanks to its superb transparent and glazed facade from floor to ceiling. A quick note, private electricity is not included in the charges, but the contribution to the general reception is included.
In the heart of the EU institutions district, next to the Berlaymont building and in front of the Council of Ministers, it is located in the European quarter in the municipality of Brussels. At the foot of the building, the Schuman metro, many bus lines and the Schuman station are public transport nearby. You will find some shops, restaurants and bars.
