Falcon is a prime example of a total renovation to bring a relatively modern building up to the latest 21st century standards. The building has +/- 8.182m² offices with a typical floor of +/- 2.000m² and every floor is dedicated to flexible working solutions.
Architects are redesigning everything, from the facade and entrance hall, through the technical equipment, to the gardens and surrounds. All of this is being done with one guiding principle in mind; to be successful in this new office era, companies and organisations have to provide not only the most efficient of workplaces, but also an environment where their employees feel happy and fulfilled. One of the best ways to stand out when it comes to marketing is visibility, the Falcon building gives you an awesome visibility from the E40, tens of thousands of car drivers and passengers will see your name every day.
A major shopping center is across the junction at the entrance to Brussels, 5 min by car or a 20 minutes’ walk. Shops, a fitness center, several restaurants and bars are to be found in the immediate neighborhood – another reason why Gossetlaan attracts so many forward-looking companies with the well-being of their employees in mind.

The buzzword of the moment is mobility. And this is where Falcon really scores. Being right at the junction of the E40 and the Brussels Ring, access by car is unbeatable. Go west on the E40 and in a little over half an hour you are in Ghent. Go north on the Ring and the same journey time takes you to Antwerp, while you are at the airport in half that time. Go south and yet again, only 45 minutes or so are required to reach Charleroi and Mons. Brussels, of course is at your doorstep and Falcon provides a high parking ratio.
Mobility is not only about cars – quite the opposite in the era of the Y and Z generations. Another plus point for Falcon: the railway station is five minutes’ walk and a bus stop is located outside the front door. Also, plenty of cycle spaces is available on site to encourage this alternative, more ecological and healthy transportation method.
