The City Center is located in the pentagon district of Brussels on Boulevard du Jardin Botanique, rue Neuve and rue des Cendres. The north façade of the building faces Place Rogier, the building benefits from an optimal location close to public transport; the train from Gare du Nord and Brussels Congress Station, the Rogier metro which is located under the building and therefore gives direct access since the renovation works, the Stib & De Lijn bus lines all around.

They have also thought about bicycles, there are bicycle spaces provided at the entrance of the parking in addition to the Villo bikes that are available at the entrance to the building.
