The building will have a surface area of +/- 6.000m² on a ground floor + 9 with a typical floor of +/- 650m² and a ground floor + a mezzanine of +/- 750m² which could possibly be rented for the use of a commercial space.
There will also be 2 green terraces planned in the building, one on the 6th floor and a rooftop on the 9th floor.
Science 12 will combine well-being, quality of life, smart technology and environmental solutions, demonstrating that a decarbonized and responsible future is possible. The building will have two environmental certificates; the BREEAM certificate and the WELL certificate which make it a perfect building if you are looking for new offices with renewable energy.
