Description

The Quatuor is an emblematic project of +/- 60.000m² for office use, divided over 4 towers coming from the horizontal base of the building and forming a very recognizable entity. The floors are designed to ensure great flexibility, and can easily be transformed and reallocated if necessary.
The silhouette (skyline) offered in this way is an important architectural answer, contextual in relation to the urban environment. 
The base of the building opens onto a large, green and animated patio, in continuity with the city centre, allowing lateral and transverse pedestrian circulation. 
The first idea is to design an innovative and sustainable office building with low energy consumption, capable of guaranteeing excellent comfort in the building. 
The measures taken, based on the "Trias Energetica" principle, are both passive and active. This principle applies to energy and water as well as to space and materials, thanks to which the score obtained by the Quatuor project is a BREEAM OUTSTANDING certificate with a PEB A-.

Location

The Quatuor is located in the North district in the municipality of Brussels.

Its excellent location offers good accessibility by public transport and by car thanks to the 314 parking spaces and 96 charging points for electric cars. Concerning public transport, you have access to a very extensive network with the Gare du Nord and the CCN, which are about 500m away from the site.

The buildings will be less than 200m away from Place Rogier where you’ll find the metro and pre-metro stations and the North-South peripheral lines. In addition, there are several bus stops on the Chaussée d'Anvers as well as tram stops at Place de l'Yser and Place Rogier.

The project foresees the installation of 317 bicycle spaces on level 0. The 2 bicycle spaces will be equipped with fastening systems to enable bicycles to be placed one on top of the other, in addition to the showers and changing rooms provided for users of this method of transport.

The Quatuor is also close to many shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
