A new and innovative office concept makes its debut in Antwerp. With its Scandinavian look-and-feel, the key words of The Sage Antwerp, including operational efficiency, user-friendliness, cosiness and pleasant working environment, come into their own.

The office tower site consists of 4 buildings (Roderveldlaan 1-5 and Berchemstadionstraat 76-78) and underwent a thorough renovation in which the following works were realised, among others:
- Complete renovation of the sanitary facilities
- Renovation of entrance halls
- Completely new exterior and interior garden
- Renovation of elevator shafts
- Extra showers and lockers
- New signs and totems
- New cooling machines
- Roof replacement
- Upgrade of heat pumps
- Upgrade of the building management system
- Installation of water softeners
- Relighting of LED

Sustainability is one of the most important aspects of The Sage. Therefore, in the future, The Sage will have about 300 charging stations for electric cars in the outdoor parking lots.

Furthermore, the office site The Sage offers several services including The Eatery (company restaurant), an ironing service, take-away lunch shop and a gym.
